Building Surveyor

Your new company
This is a very exciting opportunity to join a chartered building surveying practice who specialise in providing a full range of professional building surveying. They are based in Suffolk and cover East Anglia and London but are not exclusive to these regions. With this role there is an opportunity to become an Equity Partner of this incredibly successful and busy practice.

Your new role
This role is an opportunity to join a specialist surveying firm and assisting in their operations. As the Building Surveyor you will be required to provide a full range of professional building surveying services, including construction, design, project management, party wall expertise, dilapidation and expert witness work plus full building or structural surveys.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be RICS qualified, have post qualification experience across all aspects of professional building surveying, be self motivated, enthusiastic and commercial.
