Hays are delighted to be working exclusively with a Family Owner property company in Cambridgeshire. They have a mixed portfolio or Residential, Retail and Commercial properties spanning across Cambridgeshire and are now looking to hire a Maintenance Manager to direct and support a team of 7 staff.

Your new role
As the new Maintenance Manager you will manage the Maintenance Department and all staff within it.
You will provide a safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance service for the company's property portfolio and properties managed on behalf of clients. You will drive change and improvement to the internal processes and procedures and contribute to the smooth running of the business. You will also report to the Managing Director, and the board, discussing performance of the Maintenance Department. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 7.30am and 4.30pm.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have had previous experience in a similar role, you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. Most importantly you have a drive to make a real difference, a 'can do' attitude, you're a team player, and a good leader.
