Your new company
We are excited to be working with a specialist consultancy that helps public and private sector organisations maximise the value of their built assets; making them more efficient, effective, connected and ready to embrace the future. Whether that is improving patient pathways, enhancing educational campuses, or developing laboratories to facilities world-leading science. Already operating from offices in London and Oxford they are now expanding their operations in East Anglia.

Your new role
Having won a number of high-profile commissions across Norfolk and Cambridge our client is looking to take on a Project Manager to join their expanding team. The role is full-time client facing and as the Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Capital Projects, predominantly within healthcare, higher education and science or research establishments. The role will be home-based, however, there is plenty of opportunity to get out and visit client sites as well as being able to visit the London office, situated next to the Thames, as and when you like. You will be joining a team of three other project managers also based in East Anglia.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will ideally be chartered (MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM) or working towards chartership. You will have experience of successfully delivering projects of £50k to £10m+. To be successful you will also have fantastic organisational and IT skills paired with a client-orientated approach and a can-do attitude.

What you'll get in return
This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation on the ground floor of their expansion in the region. You will be offered a competitive salary, based on your experience, and a range of benefits including: home working, pension scheme; 25 Days annual leave, with the option to buy or sell holiday; life assurance policy; private healthcare and employee wellbeing resources; paying for your professional memberships; training and development; cycle to work schemes and season ticket loans.
