Rural Surveyor

They have a well respected name in the industry having been established nearly 200 years ago and forming life long client relationships. There is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Rural Surveyor to join the established team!

Your new role
As the new Rural Surveyor you will join a close-knit team of surveyors and provide a full range of agency, professional and management services to clients. You will attend client meetings, provide advice on actions, fees, manage instructions, liaise with lawyers and negotiate sales/lettings. There is also opportunity to collaborate with team members on Planning & Development. There are excellent prospects for career development in this company.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will be RICS and CAAV qualified, you will be motivated and be able to collaborate with team members as needed. If you have knowledge of the Cambridgeshire market and knowledge or interest in renewable energy projects that would be a bonus.
