Trainee Estimator

Your new company
An established Steelworks manufacturer working predominantly with civil and structural projects across the UK.

Your new role
As a Trainee Estimator you will be reporting to the Estimating Manager pricing up projects, individual materials, read and understand technical drawings, sourcing quotations, creating bill of materials and working with tender documentation for clients. You will be working across a range of projects from £10k to £12m including motorway gantries, rail, infrastructure and energy projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in Estimating/Quantity Surveying or equivalent, technically minded, ability to read technical drawings, excellent IT and numeracy skills, knowledge of best practice with steel industry and a passion for steelwork and fabrication.
