Assistant Property manager

Full time Assistant Property manager opportunity- Morecambe

Your new role
You will be working as a resident services assistant. You will be based at the office in Morecambe but will be required to work in Accrington 2 days per week. You will be responsible for showing potential tenants around properties, handling rental agreement paperwork, following up on any customer enquiries/ complaints, assisting with the arrangement of any maintenance/ repairs, ensuring void properties are safe and secure, ensuring the estate is well maintained.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent customer service skills and are well organised. Ideally you will have some estate agency/ property management experience however this is not essential as training will be given.
You will have a full clean driving license and will be able to provide a cv demonstrating relevant experience in customer service/ estate agency/property management

What you'll get in return
Permanent contract 37.5 hours per week
Salary £20,500 per year plus KPI bonus £2,500
45p per mile fuel allowance
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
