Hays Property & Surveying are proud to be supporting a global law practice who are seeking to employ an inhouse real estate project manager. The purpose of the role is to provide project management leadership on the relocation of staff, refurbishment and fit-out of their existing office.

We are looking to speak with specialist, qualified real estate project managers with rounded commercial office experience.

Your new role

Senior Project Manager - Commercial Real Estate

The successful project manager will play a critical role overseeing the redevelopment of an existing office and relocation to another central London office HQ. The role will require a highly experience and professionally qualified property project manager to managing the existing leases, risk, design, dilapidations, liaison with the landlord and associated stakeholders in relation to fit-out, regulations and licences.

What you'll need to succeed

Professional real estate qualifications (RICS, MCIOB) - Desirable

Critical experience: We will require a project manager with central London commercial office refurb, fit-out and development experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of delivering complex programme management and development tasks. Experience in the creation of tenders and preparation & negotiation of building contracts, service level agreements and building pathology.
