Major Projects Manager

2 year fixed term contract working on a housing development within public sector.

Your new company
A pubic sector organisation, currently working on a £250 million housing development in North Manchester. Working closely with developers, house builders and registered providers.

Your new role
In this role you will look after the delivery of 1700 homes on brownfield land. You will make sure the project is delivered within the H&S standards. On daily basis you will be liaising with the developers, house builders and registered providers, to make sure the development is delivered on time and to the correct standard.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in relevant discipline with experience managing a regeneration programmes and development on brownfield land. Ideally you will have a good understanding of commercial property developments as well.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an hourly rate of up to £35 per hour paid through an umbrella, with secure pipeline of work for at least next 2 years with potential of further extension.
