Chartered Building Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a chartered building surveyor with a consultancy in Manchester.

Your new company
A North West based consultancy looking to significantly grow their team over the next 3 years. The team is 30 strong and they are looking to double this. They work across commercial, industrial and retail sector projects. They have a work hard and play hard mentality and would like to welcome someone like minded on their team.

Your new role
In this role you will undertake a full range of building surveying instructions and deliver professional work for clients including schedules of dilapidations, schedules of condition, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall awards, defect diagnosis, planned preventative maintenance report and building reinstatement cost assessments.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in building surveying with a couple of years PQE. You will have solid technical knowledge and the enthusiasm to further progress your career development.
