Freelance Site Manger 6 months demolition contract Demo work on a major new build school

Your new company
Our client is a major main contractor, working on a large new build school project in Nottingham.
They are the principal contractor on the this project and are looking for a site manager.

The initial period of 6 months work will be managing the demolition contractor.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the demolition contractor, which will include writing method statements, managing H&S, writing reports and managing the contractor on site. As such experience with demolition works will be essential.
This role will then lead onto the manage build of the project - another 1.5 years work building a major new school - should the candidate be suitable for this phase.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong Demolition background
Demolition and Asbestos qualifications
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS essential
Experience managing demolition contractors

What you'll get in return
An excellent day rate - paid either PAYE or CIS or Ltd company
Work on a major flagship project in Nottingham
OUTSIDE IR35
