Assistant Contracts Manager

Assistant Contracts Manager to join a leading social housing provider on a 1 year fixed-term contract.

A leading social housing provider situated in Essex. This housing association has an excellent reputation and is rapidly expanding in the East of England.

Your new role
You will join the organisation as an Assistant Contracts Manager, helping to run a £1.5m pound gas contract, as well as a water safety & legionella and passenger lift servicing contract. You will ensure that the specialist contractors and in-house team maintain statutory compliance and help to run the day to day proceedings.

What you'll need to succeed
An understanding and experience of Statutory Compliance works obligations within a housing association context. A certificate of higher education in construction (NVQ level 4 Equivalent or similar.) AGSM NVQ level 4 in Gas Safety or equivalent and a health and safety qualification. A driving licence and the ability to undertake site visits throughout the week.
