Commercial Property Manager

Macdonald & Company are exclusively working with a Milton Keynes based Consultancy, who are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join the business, and grow the team. The role will undertake and assist with key aspects of Commercial Property Management for their clients with assets across the UK. This position will provide exposure at all levels of asset and property and will involve detailed hands on management and high level client contact, a perfect role for someone looking to make the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for your own portfolio with specific clients
- Day to day contact with tenants on all property and lease matters
- Advise clients on lease responsibilities and liabilities
- Property inspections and initiating necessary repairs
- Managing service charge supplier contracts in multi-let properties
- Identify opportunities to negotiate re-gears to achieve value enhancement
- In liaison with accounts, section financial management of service charge budgets and accounts

Experience:

- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial property management
- Professional and personable with a commercial approach
- Ability to problem solve
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
