Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A well established Subcontractor based in Northamptonshire who have grown consistently from 2016 to 50+ staff. Their clients include PLC House Builders, regional house builders and main contractors.

Your new role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to the Commercial Managers covering tasks including:
Project Pricing, Reconciling accounts, Pricing works, Site meetings, Staff wages, Quotations for sub-contractors, On-site measurements, Contract management, Cost / Budget Management and associated tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Assistant and have strong knowledge of commercial contracts, costings and project surveying requirements. A relevant construction qualification (QS Degree) or equivalent with experience of take-off and measurements. Experience with a house builders ideally PLCs.
