Sheltered Housing Officer job in Manchester - £14+ per hour

Your new company
A small patch of sheltered housing projects in Greater Manchester, consisting of independent living and extra car housing schemes.

Your new role
Directly support the independent living coordinators and scheme managers with areas such as sign ups, allocations, voids and general queries. THe main aim of the role is to provide strategic support to help better implement the white paper.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be or have been an experienced scheme manager, with a minimum of 3 years experience in post You will need to have effective leadership and IT skills.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid £25,000 per annum and receive 32 holidays per year
