Construction Project Manager

Construction PM job for an interior Fit Out construction company, in Central Manchester, £45-55k + Car + bonus

Your new company
This is a boutique, SME design build interior contractor building high end office interiors, fit outs, renovations and refurbishments for some of the largest companies in Manchester including Financial Services firms, Tech Start ups and international fashion houses. Due to continued project work load and a full order book this company are recruiting for a Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects.

Your new role
You will be the Project Manager over 2-4 construction projects, in the region of £100k to £1.5M. You will lead projects from Preconstruction, selecting subcontractors and procurement through to managing Site Managers and delivering fantastic results to clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager leading multiple fit out projects at a time. You will need qualifying tickets including a CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid qualifying you to work on construction sites.
