Independent Living Coordinator Job - Manchester

Independent living coordinator required to work across 2 IL schemes in Salford. 35 hours per week.

Your new company
2 small independent living scheme in Salford with a combined total of 70 tenants. Both schemes are established small and have historical been well manager with settled residents.

Your new role
Typical ILC duties include managing voids, completing sign ups, morning calls, risk assessments and reporting repairs. The role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and will be until at least April 2022

What you'll need to succeed
6 months plus experience and a good knowledge of social housing, available to work full time and be able to start asap.
