Your new company
You would be working for an extremely reputable Civil Engineering contractor who have been established for over 30 years. They deliver within multiple sectors across the Civil division such as Highways/Structures/Rail and water to a wide client base. This organisation has very high employee retention rates and they a looking for someone he is going to be invested into the long term vision on the organisation.

Your new role
Reporting into the Managing Estimator your will be working on civil engineering schemes to the value of of £2m - £15m. You will be pricing Civil activities from 1st principles, building up labour, plant and material cost components. You will also be responsible for converting estimates to tender along with analysing and interpreting information, including early appraisal of scheme requirements in terms of construction methods, programme and management.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have Construction knowledge with the ability to research and appraise viability of alternatives. Be able to recognise submission requirements and compile a logical sequence of actions necessary to achieve the deadline. You will have clear and concise oral and written communications, internally and externally. You will have the ability to manage conflict and work within a team whilst being enthusiastic and motivated to provide additional information as required.
