Quantity Surveying job for a leading fit out Construction firm in Manchester, £45k - 55k

Your new company
This is a well established, industry leading construction company who specialise in Hotel, Leisure and Office renovations and Refurbishments across the North West. Due to continued project growth they are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor job.

Your new role
This is a Project Quantity Surveyor role leading projects from £1M - £25M in the commercial Fit Out, Refurb and Renovation sector. You will work with a Preconstruction team on taking briefs from clients, deliver and set budgets, win work, then work projects as the commercial lead.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying. You must have experience as a QS in renovation/refurb projects. You will be able to travel the North West.
