Associate Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor - £50k - Perm - Birmingham

Your new company
You will be working for a progressive and innovative SME based in central Birmingham which welcomes and embraces new ideas, whose aim is to offer a significantly higher quality service than all of our competitors. You will be offered support for unrestricted career progression, whilst reporting to the Associate Director of the Building Surveying division.


Your new role
You will be responsible for a range of projects, working alongside the associates to aid the growth and support of the office, whilst directly reporting to the Associate Director. You will be interpreting and overseeing preparation of AutoCAD 3D drawings to a good standard. You will be working on projects across schools, hospitals and universities.


What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be chartered or have other relevant building surveying qualifications and have excellent communication skills whilst dealing with a busy office environment. It is essential you can work proactively, and will be a team player in the vibrant office setting.
