Receptionist - £25,000 - Sharston - Full time permanent

Hays are recruiting for a fulltime permanent Receptionist vacancy. This role is based in Sharston, Manchester and is immediate starting.

Your new role
You will be delivering great customer service to clients and contractors, building relationships, and dealing with emails and phone calls. You will be dealing with any enquiries and assign jobs to contractors within an agreed time frame. You will be communicating with contractors daily to minimise overdue work and challenge unnecessary call outs and response time. You will update systems to ensure complete transparency and ensure any maintenance work is processed in a timely manner whilst demonstrating professionalism at all times.
