Housing Development Manager - Freelance Role South West

Long-term interim opportunity for an experienced Housing Development Manager in the South West

Your new company
As a Housing Development expert you will join an established and rapidly growing housing association located in the South West region.

Your new role
You will spearhead a wide range of housing development related works, ranging from undertaking development appraisals, assessing different sensitivities on development opportunities, through to delivery phase with some on-site monitoring.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have a background working within the affordable / social housing sector within development. You'll be able to demonstrate a comprehensive skill-set across the full housing development life-cycle, from site acquisition through to delivery and completion - working with housing developers and local contractors.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial contract of up to six months initial duration, which is likely to extend beyond this point and could progress into a permanent post. You will receive a competitive daily rate of pay dependent on experience and qualifications.
