Partner/Director - Building Surveyor - North West

Would you like to step away from the corporate red-tape of a large consultancy, and feel again what it's like to be autonomous and less tied-down to bureaucracy?

This SME / boutique Building Surveying and Project Management consultancy is recruiting for a Director / Partner to join them from their South Manchester base. You'd be helping with an exceptional number of instructions in a variety of sectors; 150,000 sq ft new-build industrial projects, care homes up to £10M, Education projects around £4M in value etc, all alongside more traditional surveys and dilapidation claims. 

With the company being so small, there is inherent flexibility in working from home as is needed - as long as you're doing the job then location doesn't matter. Though coming in at such a senior level within a smaller business also implies a level of connections and networking will be expected. 

Salary and package are entirely negotiable for the right person.
