Housing Officer

Housing Officer Job - Oldham £negotiable salary on experience


I am looking for a housing officer to complete either a short term temporary job or a temp to perm job in Oldham. You will manage a small patch of properties in the Oldham area visiting the tenants, assisting them with budget plans, checking the property and logging any required repairs, ensure the community are getting on well with one another.

The post is initially for 6-8 weeks however based on performance there will be the option to go permanent at the end of the temporary contract.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

- Be available to work full time
- Have an up to date DBS
- Have previous relevant experience
- Be able to drive and have access to your own car (mileage will be paid)
