Your new company
As a rapidly growing and evolving, design & build company you will be joining a team that produce high quality, manufacturing facilities across the country for the life science sector. We produce these tightly regulated products for a variety of pioneering sectors including Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Automotive & Medical Device industries. We have also recently begun an exciting journey into manufacturing offsite modules that can be shipped to project sites worldwide for rapid installation. Our business is doubling in size year on year and is looking for a highly dynamic, positive, driven individual with a sound background in technical concepts to join our team and share in our incredibly exciting journey.

Your new role
As the newest member of the design team you will be involved in design across the products' production, including:

• Using the latest systems to 2D & 3D Model
• Conducting client design meetings and site surveys, taking control of your own projects and progressing designs
• Reviewing all tender documentation, producing design briefs, reviewing technical files and all O&M manuals

• Being a first point of contact for all design needs of clients

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be proficient in Solidworks, Revit, BIM, AutoCAD and Excel, as well as having a degree within Engineering, Civils or Design. All RIBA related design construction experience as well as documentation production experience is an advantage. You should also be a dynamic and driven team player that is looking to progress their career.
