Building Manager, Facilities Management - Perm - West Mids - £42-50K

You will be working for a public sector organisation as a Building Facilities Manager on a permanent basis in the West Midlands.
Your new role
As a Building Facilities Manager you will be the key contact and responder for all Estates and Facilities service delivery across a large building estate. You will also be responsible for ensuring all services meet contractual obligations, Health safety and compliance requirements. You will identify issues related to the facilities services that are offered, excluding Capital Works/projects programmes, managing problems, rectifications and ensuring the services run smoothly within the environments under your building.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have previous FM / Building Management experience, and have knowledge of Contract Management, Service Level Agreements and KPI's to improve standards and quality of service. You must be competent in report writing and using a help desk / CAFM system.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £42000 - £50000 per annum, 29 days holiday, and flexible working is available.
