Senior QS job for a leading Construction company and Developer in Manchester City Centre, £60k - £75k

Your new company
This is a market leading, tier 1 Construction company and Developer. Due to a recent project win the company are recruiting for a Senior QS to look after a near £100M New Build and Refurb of a large commercial building in Manchester.

Your new role
This QS job involves managing 2-3 Quantity Surveyors, leading day to day QS activities and ensuring the overall project is well resourced and managed. You will report into the Managing QS and Commercial Manager and play a key part in bringing this project out of the ground through to handing the keys over to the client.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience as a QS on large scale commercial Construction projects, ideally with both a New Build and Refurb component. You will have a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying. You will have superb communication skills from working with labourers through to Chief Executives, and your customer service skills will therefore be as outstanding as your construction knowledge.
