Preconstruction Manager job in interior construction / fitouts for a leading Manchester company, £50-70k

Your new role
Due to a continuing strong, stable pipeline of construction works, and an order book that is full, the construction company are recruiting for a Preconstruction Manager / Estimating Manager. You will work with clients from the initial enquiry through to managing the full bid process including leading Estimators on bid takeoffs and scheduling, working with the design team and leading the subcontractor tender process. You will be client facing and will have significant exposure to pitches and bids.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in Preconstruction, or Building Surveying on Office interior or corporate office fit out construction jobs. Ideally you will have qualifications up to degree level in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying. You will be comfortable working in a high performance culture environment where your colleagues are highly passionate about building incredible construction projects.
