A care home company with homes across the UK require an experienced surveyor to join their property management team. A company that pride themselves on building and managing care homes that are an integral part of the communities.
Your new role
In your new role you will be expected to lead on all aspects of property management across a portfolio of care homes. You will be expected to deliver an industry leading service to these homes that is both professional and focused to ensure the residents and colleagues are safe. The working hours are Monday-Friday with occasional hours through an out of hours rota. You will be able to work from home when not attending sites.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will ideally have either previously of worked in management of hard services facilities management or building services. Working towards your APC or MRICS qualified is desirable but not essential for the role as long as you can prove that you have a proven track record in delivering high level building support and management.
