Hays are recruiting for fulltime permanent Customer Service vacancy. This role is based in Manchester, city centre and is immediate starting. It is Monday - Friday with the potential to work from home 1 / 2 days a week.
Your new role
You will be processing bookings/reservations and answering queries from new and existing customers via email, phone, and live chat. You will Process payments and complete admin jobs on a day to day basis. You will be required to maintain the customer data base and liaise with site personal.
