Senior Project Manager - Developer - Yorkshire

A leading property developer needs a Senior Project Manager to help deliver a number of high-value and high-spec projects they are working on, based from their Yorkshire office. Business is booming, and the number of high-quality refurbishments, repurposings and new-builds they have on the go is growing daily, especially in the industrial and logistics spaces they develop. You'd be given a mix of residential, commercial and industrial work straight away, so you'd need to be adept at running contractors on site as well as preparing for projects not quite as far along by assembling consultancy teams.

You will need to have building and project consultancy experience (rather than main contractor or subcontractor experience) and ideally be able to hit the ground running on any commercial projects thrown at you, eg residential, commercial, industrial etc. If you're MRICS or MCIOB or MAPM qualified, all the better.
