Site Manager

Site Manager needed by tier 1 contractor to work on social maintenance projects. Fantastic opportunity.

Your new company
You will be working for an award winning tier 1 main contractor that have schemes across the Midlands. The organisation have been successful in securing a strong pipeline of work across multiple sectors. They are now seeking three permanent site managers to join their Operational Management team. The role will give the successful individual the chance to manage a string of works relevant to a valuable social housing maintenance contract.

Your new role
You will be the site manager for a series of works being undertaken on local authority properties.

What you'll need to succeed
A good amount of experience with working on relevant projects is required. This can include having worked on interior/exterior property works, refurbishment experience, or fit-out/installation experience. You must be able to prove that you are capable of managing independently and as such, assistant level managers shouldn't apply.
