Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor - New Build Housing


Your new company
One of the North West region's highest performing and most profitable house builders are looking for either an experienced Quantity Surveyor, either at Project or Senior level to join their team. The business have a notably high number of NHBC award wins, and rewards staff with excellent bonus and progression opportunities, along with sensible working hours and home and site based working options on top of a warm an friendly office environment.

Your new role
You will take a lead on two to three new build housing developments, taking sites out the ground and through to completion. You will take full responsibility for ensuring best commercial outcomes for the business throughout each stage of the build, reporting on costs on a monthly basis with the Commercial Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, with new build housing experience. Both candidates from spec house builders, as well as construction contractors will be considered for the role.
