Quantity Surveyor – Director

Birmingham

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor at Director level to become part of the management team of a leading international construction & property consultant.

Based in their Birmingham office you will lead their Cost Management service and work closely with the regional board to develop the Midlands business; agreeing fees and charges for services; networking to develop new business opportunities; delivering a high quality service to existing clients; leading and growing the Cost Management team etc.

An experienced and client facing Quantity Surveyor you will have detailed sector knowledge across both private (commercial & residential led mixed use) and public sectors including knowledge of working with public sector frameworks as some focus will be across developing the public sector and healthcare business.
