Building Surveyor with large Social Housing provider in South Wales


Your new company
Your new organisation is a multidisciplinary asset management team who manage a portfolio of over 8,000 residential social housing properties making them one of the largest in South Wales. They are looking to appoint a permanent Building Surveyor to join their team.

Your new role
You will be undertaking surveying duties which will include external, condition surveys, fabric surveys of both inhabited and voids properties, undertaking measurements, report writing and information gathering and communicating this back to the maintenance team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience working as a surveyor previously, the ability to work independently and efficiently, strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, HND/HNC/BSc in a construction related discipline, strong communication skills the ambition to grow and improve your skills, previous experience in a social housing environment would be seen as an advantage but not essential.
