This international consultancy has a variety of public and private sector clients across the county. They are looking for an Assistant Cost Manager to join the local authority team.
Your New Role
You will be supporting the team with projects which vary from £500K to £10m. You will be estimating, cost planning, benchmarking, contract selection and procurement and budget monitoring. You will also present any project risks or issues to senior managers and work within established financial systems and budgets.
What You'll Need to Succeed
You will have completed a Quantity Surveying degree with experience working on commercial property projects of varying sizes. You will have experience supporting QS's, procuring contractors and managing budgets.
