Your new company
This international consultancy works with clients across the public and private sector with a strong reputation here in Yorkshire. They are looking to expand their Building Surveying team due to contract wins and the existing workload.

Your new role
You will be managing refurbishment projects, briefing clients, carrying out feasibility studies, preparing specifications, tendering and acting as Contract Administrator. You will carry out surveys, inspections, schedules, provide professional services and the management of schemes. This role also includes planned maintenance surveys, dilapidations and preparing drawings using AutoCAD.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed a Building Surveying degree and hold MRICS Chartered status. You will have a well-rounded commercial property background including project management as well as surveys. You will have sound technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively across a variety of stakeholders. You will have good IT skills, including AutoCad. This client is looking for someone who is a team player and driven to progress their career with them.
