Full time Administrator needed with customer service skills, full time, immediate start

Hays are recruiting for several temporary to permanent customer care administrator vacancies. These roles are based in Irlam Manchester and are immediate starting.
Your new role
Your role would include administration and co-ordination support. You would be responsible for all case management answering phone calls from which you would then relay information to the relevant teams. You would then update on progress and sales orders that may have become delayed. In addition, you will update and maintain Salesforce and live trackers ensuring that all teams are providing relevant updates in a timely manner. Whilst providing daily and weekly reports internally and to externally. You will respond to customer enquiries and keep them informed throughout the process.
What you'll need to succeed
- Good communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to think on your feet to solve problems
- Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to produce good quality reports displayed in a suitable manner
- Can multi-task
- Uses own initiative
- Very Organised
