Full time Administrator needed to work in the city centre of Manchester

Hays are recruiting for a permanent part time Team Administrator. This role is based in Manchester city centre and would be immediate starting.
Your new role
Your will dealing with the day to day office administration and general office support. You will book & co-ordinate travel arrangements when required and order couriers and organise incoming and outgoing post. You will follow approved document control procedures, and work processes and instructions developed for projects. In this role you will liaise with cleaning, maintenance, landlord and utility companies as required and arrange refreshments for meetings. You will issue studio keys/fobs as appropriate and support with organising studio social/charity events.
What you'll need to succeed
- Good communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good time management
- Attention to detail
- IT skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work as a team and individually
- Highly organised
