Graduate/Junior Quantity Surveyor

Graduate level QS with a min. of 1 year QS experience needed by an SME sub-contractor. Excellent progression!

Your new role
Will involve all typical QS duties, especially, applications for payment and work with contracts. Initially you will of course be a junior level individual and be receiving a great deal of mentoring and training, however, you will be expected to rapidly develop to an intermediate level where you are highly competent and able to work independently.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a relevant educational grounding as well as a minimum of one year of experience undertaking QS work in any construction sector. It is essential that you have experience with making applications for payment and working with contracts.

This role is also only suitable for those with a very proactive mindset, you must have the drive necessary to advance rapidly.
