Leading Liverpool Based Practice Seeking Experienced Architect

They are a progressive design practice with a proven track record for delivering quality design solutions. Based in Liverpool City Centre, they have worked on award winning projects and headline schemes across the North West.

Your new role


This practice is looking for an experienced, qualified architect to join their office-based team in Liverpool City Centre. You must have a balanced skill set between design, technical competency and site delivery.
You are responsible for leading and/or supporting an architectural design team in the delivery of projects by undertaking a range of duties in an effective and timely manner. Ultimately you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the project's objectives under the guidance of your Associate, who will assign you specifically focused tasks that you shall carry out within short-medium, pre-defined time frames. In carrying out your responsibilities, you are expected to deal directly with external consultants and suppliers reporting the outcomes of your activities to the Associate.

What you'll need to succeed

You shall have completed RIBA Part 3 and be eligible for registration on the Architects Registration Board's Register of Architects. Have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. To satisfy the obligations required by your accredited professional body/institution and to ensure continuing professional development (CPD) within the profession, you must be willing to undertake additional training from time to time as required by the practice. Strong Revit skills are preferred.
