Leading National Residential Developer Seeks Site Manager to join their business on flatted development - EDI

Your new company
Our client are a leading developer with a large footprint across the residential market in Scotland. One of their key high profile projects in the middle of Edinburgh now requires a Site Manager to join their team.

Your new role
As SIte Manager on this project you will be the leader of all operational activities onsite ensuring they are completed in a safe manner and complying with specifications. You will develop a positive culture onsite which encourages collaboration and efficiency and this will extend across your own direct team such as assistants etc and also your crew of experienced subcontractors and other stakeholders. This project is a large flatted development in the a suburban environment so it is a busy and challenging project.


What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential construction encompassing both private and social housing developments. Ideally from a trade background you will be well organised and diligent and have positive can do attitude to work especially in a challenging and stressful environment. You will be a natural leader who through your extensive experience and calm leadership style has the ability to influence, motivate and engage your team.
