Your new company
Our client is a Nottinghamshire based Major Main Contractor - working on a large new build schools framework.
This client is looking to appoint a Project Director to run a cluster of new build schools, reporting to the Managing Director.
This is a very senior role with full responsibility for the projects - and liaison with the Sub Contractors and Clients and also the final handover of the projects.
This is a long term freelance role - initially until Autumn 2022 and to be extended.


Your new role
This is a director level role, to initially work on 2 major new build schools (£20+ million) per project.
It involves an element of trouble shooting.
Office based in Nottinghamshire with expenses travel to site.
Working in part of an established team, reporting to the MD.


What you'll need to succeed

• Major contractor experience
• Commercial project experience of £10+ Million
• Education project experience advantageous
• They will need to be able to manage delicate and complex senior level stakeholders.
• They will be commercially astute.
