Your new company
One of the North West region's leading contractors are looking for a Project QS to join their team, delivering on a variety of projects which range in value from £5-25m. The business have decades of successful trading behind them and build on behalf of various public sector bodies including schools, health centres and NHS buildings, as well as contracting for a variety of private sector blue chip clients including hotel and apartment developments. The business are renowned as having an excellent reputation for building a quality end product, with excellent staff retention rates within the business as well.

Your new role
You will work as Project Quantity Surveyor predominantly based on site across the North West region. The business have just secured a £6m new build scheme in Merseyside. The build will be 13 months in duration. You will over see the day to day commercial running of the project, ensuring the project is delivered within budget, with best financial outcomes for the business throughout this JCT D&B scheme.

What you'll need to succeed
You are an established intermediate / project quantity surveyor - capable of delivering on JCT D&B schemes as a lead QS - with project values ranging in size from £3-10m.
