Senior Site Manager job for a housebuilder in Greater Manchester, £45-55k

Your new company
This is an SME housebuilder with 4-5 projects underway or beginning over the coming months. As a result of the increased workload the company are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to lead works out of the ground.

Your new role
You would manage new build construction housing schemes across Greater Manchester ensuring projects around the 10-30 houses mark are built on time and budget, and to a high specification. You will manage subcontractors on site, lead the Health and Safety process and manage all aspects of construction.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience of a full Site Manager job on New build housing construction. You will need a CSCS card, and an SMSTS certification. You will be available to work on site full time.
