Senior QS job for a leading Housebuilder in Manchester/Warrington managing new build housing projects, £50-60k

Your new company
This is a leading new build Social Housing Contractor building 5-6 projects between 10 and 30 units across the North West. Due to projects going live between now and April 2022 the company have a need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to look after projects across the portfolio.

Your new role
This is a construction job leading the surveying process as Senior QS for a leading New Build social housing contractor. You will work out of the regional head office collaborating across 3-5 projects at a time at various parts of the project life cycle and be a key part of the North West Commercial team.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a QS degree or similar level qualification in Quantity Surveying. You will be experienced as a QS in a residential setting with New build experience ideally in the Social Housing sector.
