I am working in partnership with one of UK's leading contractors to source an experienced site manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Operating at a national level and carrying out multiple high-end works, your new employer offers an exciting insight into some of the largest construction projects on offer.

Your new role

Your day to day role will involve the management of all subcontractors and labour on site to ensure works are delivered on time and in budget. You will ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained on site. You will manage waste and work with the commercial team to oversee materials on site. You will provide progress reporting and take a lead on site meetings with various stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to hold a valid SMSTS along with First Aid qualification and ideally have a CSCS black card

What you'll get in return

In return you will be receive a competitive salary of £50,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience alongside additional benefits
