Working for a leading Building Services Management provider you will be responsible for commissioning, coordinating and completing the installation of BMS Systems

Your new role

As a commissioning engineer your will work within set timescales, budgetary constraints and in accordance with customer requirements. You will use wiring diagrams and specifications to accurately interpret requirements and also identify and correct any wiring errors which are a result of incorrect drawings.
As part of your role you will diagnose system defects and carry out any necessary trouble shooting to determine the positive course of action to be taken.
It will be your responsibility to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with statutory and company regulations with regards to health & safety.
Your role will involve taking part in the handover of the system to the customer ensuring all appropriate handover documents are completed and respond to customer service calls by investigating all reported problems.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a proven track record in working with panel wiring and schematic diagrams and have an understanding of Siemens and Trend BMS Systems. In addition to your core technical skills, you must have strong IT skills and be able to liaise with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, contractors and customers
