Building Surveyor required for social housing provider in Bridgend

Your new company
You will be working with a not for profit organisation who provide and manage 5,835 homes across Bridgend, South Wales. They also provide management services to 722 leasehold flats, have a portfolio of 50 shops and other non-residential properties let on commercial terms, and manage 1,129 garages.

Your new role
You will provide a proactive, efficient and effective broad surveying service throughout the property portfolio, ensure the accurate provision of specifications of works, works schedules, job raising, contractor liaison, health, safety & regulatory compliance and ensure a customer-centred approach is maintained at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

• HNC/HND in a building or construction related qualification or relevant employment experience;
• Preferably be a member of a recognised organisation e.g. CIOB, CIH, RICS;
• Knowledge of legislation and best practices regarding housing or property services;
• Hold a full driving licence;
