Job Details

This growing and busy residential developer is looking for a Senior PM to join them. You'd be looking after the delivery of a variety of residential projects (hotels, PRS, Student accommodation, retirement etc) throughout the UK, high-rise in the main, and watching the buildings grow over time.

You need to have experience in delivering high-rise new-builds as a Project Manager, but can be from a project, building or cost background.

In return you'd be paid a market-leading salary and package, given lots of autonomy and feel like part of a friendly and busy team with a great future ahead of you there.
