Job Details
Working closely with the Owner and wider team the overall remit of the Associate Director/Senior Construction/Site Manager, who will be to ensure the smooth delivery of various residential focused developments across London.
The client would like to meet with experienced Associate Director/Senior Construction/Site Manager who have the following criteria:
• Educated to degree level within a relevant construction field, ideally hold professional membership to the CIOB
• Possess around 15 years' experience within the construction industry
• Experience of working on UK residential / mixed developments within a medium to large scale of local construction company
• Good previous experience on sub-letting contract and site management
• Sole in-charge on site for previous residential / mixed development project of cost £40m or 250 residential units above
• Must have a demonstrable history of working on projects from early development stages through to project completion and handover
• Be confident, capable, hardworking and hold excellent references
• Be keen and willing to explore construction with automation and new technology
